We encourage our clients who might capacity for some sort of work to explore Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
Vocational rehabilitation can help our clients in one of two ways:
1) The vocational experts may find that a person has the capacity for work, and help them find and keep a job they can do. This is wonderful, because the chances are they will be able to earn more working than they would receive in disability benefits.
2) If the vocational rehabilitation counselors find that there is not full time work that an individual is capable of doing, this can be strong evidence to support a disability claim.
