On April 6, TCNF’s Chris Thomas spoke to members of the Portland Bicycling Club about Oregon bike law. PBC, formerly the Portland Wheelmen Touring Club, was founded in 1971 and is the City’s oldest cycling club. PBC members organize several group rides every week across the metro area, providing a fun, social and safe way for cyclists of various levels to stay fit. Chris enjoyed talking with about 25 PBC members about bicycle law and answering their engaging questions about situations they had encountered on Oregon’s roads.
