The four partners of TCNF law on their bikes

TCNF continues its long tradition of educating Oregon’s cyclists about their legal rights to the roadways this spring by presenting legal clinics in conjunction with other bicycle and active transportation partners.

Cynthia Newton served as invited presenter for women cyclists at Western Bike Works’ NW Portland shop on March 2, at the BTA’s Women Bike Clinic on March 9, and at Ride Like A Girl’s Reach the Beach training series on March 23.  For more information about Ride Like A Girl, visit  For more information about the BTA’s Women’s Series, visit
