TCNF founding partner and Portland personal injury lawyer Ray Thomas presented at this year’s Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Transportation Safety Conference, an annual Transportation Safety Division gathering for “multiple disciplines of traffic safety advocates to learn about traffic safety issues and what is being done from a safety perspective to reduce serious injury and fatal crashes in Oregon.”
Ray gave an hour and a half presentation on “E-Scooter, Bicycle and Pedestrian Law” on October 23, 2019, to a full house of safety professionals. It was an honor to be selected and to provide traffic law perspectives on the issue of roadway safety improvement to such a broad range of advocates, including law enforcement officers and ODOT executives.
