On August 13, Cynthia Newton served as co-presenter at the Bicycle Transportation Alliance’s (BTA’s) Bike Commute Challenge Webinar. She spoke on Oregon’s bike laws and skills for commuting with confidence. Co-presenter and BTA staff member Stephanie Noll addressed bike gear and route finding.
