Cynthia Newton has been admitted to the Washington Bar. Judge Nan Waller administered the sworn oath in a private ceremony in March, making the admission official. Cynthia, a personal injury lawyer whose trial practice emphasizes serious injury and wrongful death actions in the pedestrian/cyclist, 3rd party workplace, and medical negligence contexts, looks forward to expanding her practice across the river. She is well-prepared to try cases under Washington’s litigation rules (which differ from Oregon’s), after practicing for nearly 20 years under similar rules in California. Cynthia now is available for consultation and/or association on Washington State cases.
