Epilepsy Claim

Our client, a 32-year-old man, suffered from Grand Mal seizures that were poorly controlled despite ongoing medication management. He had a prior history of heavy alcohol use, but we demonstrated that seizures continued during his extended period of sobriety. We won his case at hearing.
