Max Woodbury v. CH2M Hill 1998

This case resulted in an $11.5 million verdict on behalf of a field geologist rendered quadriplegic by a fall at an environmental hazard cleanup site. The fall was the result of inadequate supervision and training by the general contractor. This was Oregon’s largest workers’ compensation third-party jury verdict.
